MMA Sustainable Land Investments, or MMA SLI, is a national fund management business that structures and manages investments in land with environmental attributes such as wetlands, endangered species habitat and other conservation opportunities for our own account and for our investor clients.  These investments allow private and institutional investors to participate in the economic benefits of protecting ecologically valuable land while providing significant conservation benefits to communities.

Our Mission: To create significant value through the acquisition, restoration and conservation of    critical environmental features provided by landscape scale real estate investments and to develop fund products that provide attractive returns to investors.

Our Vision:  To build the leading fund management platform in the United States dedicated to environmental real estate assets.

We provide returns to our investors by utilizing a full range of market mechanisms and incentive programs available to private landowners, along with limited development uses that do not conflict with our conservation goals.  MMA SLI targets 150 – 5,000+ acre tracts of land throughout the United States to purchase from landowners or to provide financing for restoration initiatives.
