During the term of its ownership of properties with recreational amenities (hunting, fishing, equestrian, eco-tourism, etc.), MMA Sustainable Land Investments will engage in recreational leasing to both private and public entities. Doing so will assist with proper management of wildlife and outdoor resources, while generating income for sound land management practices. At the end of its investment period, MMA SLI will seek conservation buyers for its properties who share MMA Sustainable Land Investments' stewardship ethics and are willing/able to continue with high quality land management practices. |
